What are the Skill points (SP)?
Skill points (SP) are used to purchase skills, similar to how individual Powers were originally learned with power points. One skill point is required to unlock a Weapon Type. Further skill points in that branch provides damaging combos and passive buffs. Since game update 73 skill points are also used to increased role specific stats and crits after choosing the initial playstyle focus: damage focus on superpowers, on weapons or a mixture of both.
 
How to get Skill points (SP)?
1. Exploration feats
Exploration feats are by far the easiest, and races are as well. For the races, you just have to get a bronze medal. Skill points can be earned through Feats. One skill point is awarded for every 100 feat points earned.
·1 Star Feats Gives 10 Feat Points
·2 Star Feats Gives 25 Feat Points
·3 Star Feats Gives 50 Feat Points
 
2. PVP
Next is pvp, especially legends. Then I would do the solo content, like not being knocked out or using a supercharge. For these, I came back and did them after I had several t2 pieces and raid gear, and n epic weapon.
 
3. Alerts
·With a good DPS and a decent troll, the majority of alert speed feats are easy. Some such as Oolong Hard and Arkham Speed Feats require 2 good DPS/ 1 Tank and 1 great DPS, 1 heal, and 1 troll. There are a few alert feats that require no effort such as:
·The 500 feat (As far as I am aware) is the max and it is just simply a grind to get there
·Global Justice (Hero) is easy if you just do the alerts it wants you to do
 
4. Solo
·Beat all your solos without having to pop a soda/trinket/supercharge on the last boss or dying. Easy feat points
·Hideouts- Read through and do all the missions inside of each solo (I'll go more in depth later)
·Do ALL of your side missions as there are about 2 SP in these
