WHAT IS GYM RAT?

In order to get the Gym Rat badge in NBA 2K21 MyCareer, you simply need to play 40 games, win the playoffs, and then win the final. It’s been said that you shouldn’t simulate many – if any – of the 40 games that need to be played, but it’s also been suggested that it’s okay to skip a few provided you’re up by 25 points. Once you’ve played the 40 games, won the playoffs, and won the finals, you will then unlock the Gym Rat badge which will give you permanent +4 attribute bonuses for Stamina, Strength, Speed, and Acceleration (via Attack of the Fanboy).
 
Team practice sessions during the Finals help you earn Gym Rat badge
It is worth pointing out that some fans maintain that it is necessary to carry out many team practice sessions during the Finals in order to acquire the Gym Rat badge.
