Mount Attributes:
Every 20 hours, you may increase one "Riding Skill" for a cost of 250 gold.
·Speed: This is the rate at which the mount moves, increasing your character's unmounted movement buff. This attribute is particularly useful in pvp, but can also be convenient for pve travel.
·Stamina: This is your mount's sprint and resistance stat. Similar to your character's sprinting and blocking limitations, horse stamina will determine how far you can sprint before exhausting, and how much damage the mount can take before you get dismounted.
·Carrying Capacity: This is your mount's bag space. Increasing this stats add slots to your character's inventory, providing you with more mobile bag space.
 
How to get The Elder Scrolls Online Mount:
Mounts are interactive NPCs that can be used to quickly traverse the vast land of Tamriel.  Currently, horses are the only type of mount within the world of TESO. After you get your first horse, be sure to talk to the stable master again. Once a day you’ll spend gold to feed your horse and it will increase Speed, Stamina, or Capacity depending on what you choose to feed it with. To increase the horse speed choose Apple, for higher Stamina choose Hay, and for carrying capacity choose Oats. Each time you feed your mount (20hr cool down), you gain 1 inventory slot, if you maximize carrying capacity. Horse will change appearance as you feed it as well. So, speed horse will look different from pack horses.
