Genshin Impact Eula banner Release Date
As previously announced by miHoYo, Eula’s release date on Genshin Impact comes after Zhongli’s banner. With Zhongli’s banner expiring in a matter of hours, that means Eula is coming out soon. But at what exact time can we start pulling for her on her banner, Born of Ocean Swell? Well, the exact Eula release date is May 18, 2021, at 3 PM PST / 6 PM ET. This comes after a short maintenance period, as always.
 
So, who is she? Eula is a five-star, Cryo-based claymore user Mihoyo designed to excel in dealing burst damage, making her handy against big bosses with big health points. She’s a bit of a solo character, as her attacks are physically based and don’t hang around after you swap her out, so keep that in mind when you’re building your team.
 
4-star characters of Eula banner
The Born of Ocean Swell banner will feature 5-star Claymore user Eula and three 4-star characters for 21 days. All the promoted characters will have a higher rate of drop in the time-limited banner during this period. However, standard banner drop rates will remain unaffected.

Genshin Impact Eula Adventure Rank Requirements
The Adventure Rank requirement for the Eula banner quest in Genshin Impact is 40. In addition to the above Adventure Rank requirement, you will also need to have completed the Archon Quest, Prologue Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom. MiHoYo say that you will be able to use a Story Key to unlock Eula’s quest, Aphros Delos Chapter, provided you meet the above conditions. As for what else there is to look forward to, the character’s arrival will also come with a weapon event wish named Epitome Invocation. This event wish will star the five-star Claymore Song of Broken Pines, as well as a five-star Sword named Aquila Favonia. There will also be four-star weapons such as Dragon’s Bane (Polearm) and Rust (Bow).
