These creatures are docile by nature, allowing you to walk up to them and even climb onto their back without a fuss, but, if you choose to attack them, they will turn red and respond with violence. If you feed Klomberries to a Klombo, they will both change colour and shoot an item out of their blowhole. This can be anything from a useful weapon to a healing item to a shield potion. By climbing onto the back of a Klombo, you can also use the blowhole to shoot yourself into the air. This will then allow you to glide for a short period of time, which is great if you want to quickly traverse part of the island.
