Chroma Prime Relics:
 
Meso T3 - Chroma Prime Chassis (Uncommon)
Lith C3 - Chroma Prime Neuroptics (Rare)
Neo K2 - Chroma Prime Blueprint (Common)
Axi C3–Chroma Prime Systems (Uncommon)
 
Chroma Prime Relics Farming:
 
Lith: Orokin Derelict Defense. This mission is a great place for farming enough Lith relics. You should be able to get two Lith relics in 10 waves most of the time.
Meso: IO on Jupiter. This mission will always be one of the best options for Meso relics. The first two rounds of this Defense mission have a high chance to drop Meso relics; then you can extract and restart. Bring a good area of effect damage frames to make this a breeze.
Neo: Hydron on Sedna. It is a robust Defence mission for Neo relic farming.
Axi: Xini on Eris. It should drop your a guaranteed Axi on the B and C rotations.
 
Gram Prime Relics:
 
Meso S8 - Gram Prime Blade (Common)
Neo G1 - Gram Prime Handle (Rare)
Axi O4 - Gram Prime Blueprint (Uncommon)
 
Gram Prime Relics Farming:
 
Meso: IO on Jupiter. This mission can be completed really quickly. Like we’ve said before, the first two rounds of this Defense mission have a high chance to drop Meso relics. With some luck, you should be able to get two Meso relics in 10 waves.
Neo: Hydron on Sedna. It is the fastest way to farm for Neo relics because Neo relics drop every 5 rounds. Also, it worth mentioned that Hydron is the best area to level up your Warframe and weapons. So, don’t forget to bring alongside your weapons that you want to level up.
Axi: Xini on Eris. It’s an interception mission that’s pretty straightforward. The first two rounds drop Neo relics and rounds 3 and 4 regularly dropping Axi relics. Optimally you want to stay four rounds before extracting. Xini also has a high Neurodes drop, so be sure to keep an eye for Neurodes.
 
Rubico Prime Relics:
 
Meso R1- Rubico Prime Blueprint (Rare)
Lith B5 - Rubico Prime Stock (Uncommon)
Lith O1- Rubico Prime Receiver (Common)
Neo H2 - Rubico Prime Barrel (Uncommon)
 
Rubico Prime Relics Farming:
 
Meso: IO on Jupiter. It is the fastest way to farm for Meso relics because you can do 5 waves of Defense in 4 minutes or under using Mag or any other good AoE frame with ~50m range.
Lith: Everest on Earth. It is the fastest farm for Lith relics because you can do 2 rounds of Excavation in 3 minutes 20 seconds under ideal conditions.
Neo: Hydron on Sedna. It is the fastest way to farm for Neo relics because Neo relics drop every 5 rounds. Also, it worth mentioned that Hydron is the best area to level up your Warframe and weapons. So, don’t forget to bring alongside your weapons that you want to level up.
