How to get Rocket League Blueprints?
Once Crates leave the game, Decryptors will no longer be offered. Decryptors from your inventory will be converted into "Bonus Gifts," which can be opened at no cost. Bonus Gifts will contain items from the Vindicator Crate series and first Blueprint Series, the "Revival" Series, that will bring back some fan-favorite items throughout Rocket League's history. Developer Psyonix has further detailed how Blueprints will work in a new post on the official Rocket League website. Once the update hits, online matches will begin to reward players with "revealed" Blueprints. You can build the items on these Blueprints by spending Credits, hold onto them for a while, or trade them with another player. Any existing Crates that you have in your inventory when this update occurs will change to "unrevealed" Blueprints, which you can then change to revealed Blueprints at no extra cost. Players will be able to trade Blueprints with one another, just as they're currently able to trade items (which will remain the case going forward). You'll be able to trade revealed Blueprints, as well as items that have been built from Blueprints, as well as Credits (although you cannot trade Credits for other Credits or give them away, only for items and Blueprints). You will not be able to trade Unrevealed Blueprints.
 
We know our community enjoys the freedom of trading items with other players. We're pleased to announce that items will still be tradable as they have been in the past, but with a few exceptions. Revealed Blueprints and items built from Blueprints will be tradable, as will free drops, and tradable items from your inventory prior to the Blueprint system. However, unrevealed Blueprints will not be tradable.
 
Unfortunately, Psyonix hasn’t detailed how often you’ll receive Revealed Blueprints. Our best guess would be at a similar rate to Crates, although it could be more or less often than that. Any Revealed Blueprints you receive can be traded with other players freely. You will need to spend Credits to build items from Revealed Blueprints. Credits will replace Keys and Decryptors following the update. Any Decryptors you have following the update in December will be converted into Bonus Gifts. These Bonus Gifts can be opened for free and will feature items from the first Blueprint Series and Vindicator Crates.
