How to Go to Miquella’s Haligtree in Elden Ring

First off, it’s highly recommended that you’re at least above level 80 at this point in the game. The area ahead will have enemies that do not mess around. Once you get to the Grant Lift of Rold, there will be a secret mechanism that will bring you to an alternate exit to the Mountaintops of Giants. You’ll need the Haligtree Secret Medallion pieces (Left and Right).

 

Go to Lirunia of the Lakes: Village of the Albinauries. It’s in the south-west corner of Liurnia region. Past the site of grace is a fire-throwing enemy, go straight after him to find a barrel. Touch the barrel and it will turn into an NPC, talk to him to get Haligtree Secret Medallion (Right).

 

This requires you to first reach the central part of Mountaintops of the Giants. To get there, you must defeat the main boss Morgott, the Omen. He is one of the shardbearers and is mandatory to advance the story. You find him in Leyndell, the Royal Capital, in the upstairs section in the south of the city. 

 

He grants you a medallion piece. Head to Avenue Balcony site of grace in Royal Capital, and from there go up the stairs and follow the path to the east (would be to your left) until the end. There interact with the big gate, leading you out of the city and to a big wooden elevator. Use that elevator and then go across the city walls until you find another big elevator that takes you to the Forbidden Lands. From there follow the linear path until you get to Grand Lift of Rold and use the lift (requires Medallion dropped by Morgott). Remember this lift, we must go back there later and finding the last Medallion Part. The lift will take you to the central Mountaintops. Head north and drop down the cliffs to reach Castle Sol. 

 

Now with both the pieces you will be able to activate the secret path in Grand Lift of Rold. It is located east of Lyndell, Capital Citypast the Forbidden Lands. Once you get there, you will have to stand in a circle that will prompt you to Hoist the Secret Medallion. On doing this, you will activate the lift and ascend to the top. Follow the route and you get to a door. Open the door and you have reached the Consecrated Snowfield. If you travel Northeastacross the river, you will get to Ordina Lithurgical Town. On the rooftops, there will be the Evergaol puzzle. You will have to solve the puzzle that will break a seal to the Portal of Miquella’s Haligtree in Elden Ring.

 

Once you solve the puzzle, you will get a prompt saying that the Seal has been broken. Exit the Evergaol from before and there will be a staircase near it. At the top is the Portal that will take you to Miquella’s Haligtree in Elden Ring. From here you will be able to explore the Treetops of Miquella’s Haligtree & get a lot of resources and some good Ashes of War.
