The second wing of the Citadel contains the Blood Furnace encounter. To access it, players will need to travel along Hellfire Citadel's ramparts.

 

The Hellfire Citadel has a perimeter wall that runs around the building itself. If players start at the southernmost portion of the wall, the Southern Rampart, and run straight along it, heading north, there will be a portion of the wall with two firepits spewing green fire. These green flames mark the entrance to the Blood Furnace in the Hellfire Citadel. On the map, the Blood Furnace entrance can be found around the bottom left of the Hellfire Citadel tower symbol, just above the horizontal wall.
